TopHat® Dura-Insert Typ D (i.ø6.23/ a.ø7.15mm) - 40 grain

The DURA insert is characterized by the integrated O-ring and thread from the front of it.

Material: Aluminum (AL)
Where aluminum is used for inserts because of its very low weight. Aluminum is corrosion resistant.

TopHat ® DURA-art technology:
By screwing the tip results in a 5 mm long overlap of the carbon shaft, which protects these sensitive to its breaking point completely.
Nor is it now makes sense to intentionally concrete walls to shoot, but tests have shown excellent survival rates for the shafts.

Installation: After about 60 seconds, the DURA insert securely bonded to the carbon shaft (using TopHat ® Bond). On the external thread right now DURA tip is screwed until it is firmly seated on the thread.

Centering: A highly precise fine thread which ends on conical shoulder surfaces, ensuring a very high concentricity. The flight characteristics and the accuracy can be optimized.

For gluing the inserts, we recommend TopHat ® DURA bond.
